What We Do

We Gather to Worship
Sunday mornings at 9:30 in the Hillcrest Primary School hall.
For kids old enough to participate in a class, we have a short Bible lesson and a craft or activity which we encourage parents to build on during the week.
We also provide a crèche for mums and dads with little ones to meet other parents with tots. Don’t worry, you will still be able to listen to the sermon.

We Disciple One Another
Discipleship, Nurture and Accountability (DNA) groups are intended to help us live out our identity as disciples of Jesus together. These groups consist of about 3-4 people who meet regularly to read and study God’s word, to pray, to encourage each other and to keep each other accountable. Joining a DNA group might be the ideal starting point for someone wanting to discover more about what it means to follow Jesus.

We Live Together as Missionaries & Witnesses
Gospel Communities (GCs) are the heart of our church’s life together. While it is tempting to think of a GC as simply a Bible study or a home fellowship group, it’s much more than that: a GC is essentially a group of Christians living out their family identity together.

We Have Fun Together
We hope to see you at our Sunday service so that you can have a taste of who we are as The Message Family. We have developed a bit of a tradition of taking our visitors to coffee at local coffee shop after the service. We would also love to have you over for a meal so that you can get to know our family members.
